  Just think of the water run off should the houses be built in the fields next to it. All these flood basins being built ' to protect homes from flooding ' . Er, that was 2007 that the floods happened. If WBC had any interest in the people it would have been done by 2009, not 2023. There is other housing motives to this digging and ponds.
