Stormy weather causes traffic problems on A34 and M4

The stormy weather conditions have caused traffic problems on two major roads near Newbury.

A vehicle rolled over on the A34 just before 4pm and a northbound lane between its junctions with the M4 and the A4185 is still closed.

There are currently delays of 10 minutes against expected traffic and normal traffic conditions are expected to return 8.45pm and 9pm.

There is also a lot of congestion on the M4 westbound between junction 14 at Hungerford and junction 13 at Chieveley.

One lane is closed due to emergency bridge repairs.

There are currently delays of 20 minutes against expected traffic, but normal traffic conditions are expected to return soon.
