Newbury's Parkway will be alive with summer vibes throughout July, when a street party, French markets and musical proms pull up in town.

Visitors to the town can enjoy small French markets with PAUL and Marks & Spencer, explore French bread, cheese and wine, product samples and hand massages from L’Occitane, tasters from Café Rouge, French mime artists, accordion players and a caricaturist.

On the third consecutive Saturday – July 18 – music will fill the air at Proms at Parkway.

From 11am to 4pm in the Debenhams piazza there will be headline performances from Woolton Hill 18-year-old Emma Lawrence, along with Classical Reflection, who were vocalists from this year’s BBC One singing competition The Voice, and The Harmony Choir.
