Support sessions for vulnerable women now available in Newbury

Alana House, run by the Parents and Children Together (PACT) charity, now occupies part of Broadway House, Newbury.
Drop-in sessions are available every Friday between 1.30pm and 3.30pm, and one-to-one appointments can be made outside of these times.
Residents from across West Berkshire can attend the sessions at Broadway House.
It opened in mid-July in the same week that its Reading branch won The Howard League for Penal Reform Award, a charity which promotes less crime, safer communities and fewer people in prison, in the community programme for women category.
The Reading centre, which opened in 2010, supports on average 70 women a month by helping them to become better parents and economically independent.
