Sustainable Living Market open in Thatcham

There will be a sustainable living market in Thatcham this weekend for those looking to shop more sustainably.

The market is an opportunity to buy products that are environmentally friendly, hand in old plastics and learn more about sustainability.

Shoppers can refill cleaning products, buy preloved jewellery, swap or throw away old plastics for reusable alternatives and purchase organic health and beauty products.

It said: “We also have local bread and eggs, a plant stall, a coffee van, a baby and children’s clothes swap and more. This month only you can bring along and swap Hallowe'en, World Book Day or any other fancy dress items.

“All stalls are local small businesses, please come along and support them.”

The market falls on Saturday (September 17) from 10am -12.30pm at the Catholic Hall in Thatcham.
