David Thompson named as one of the 18 British people who lost their lives in Sousse

A TADLEY man is believed to be one of the 18 confirmed Britons who died in the Tunisia terror attacks last Friday.

He has been named locally as David Thompson.

A total of 38 people lost their lives when Seifeddine Rezgui fired shots at tourists on a beach in Sousse. It is feared thirty of those killed could be British.

The government says all those hurt at the resort near Sousse on Friday will be brought home in the coming hours.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has not confirmed the identity of any of the British victims.

A national minute's silence will be held on Friday to remember those who lost their lives.
