Talented pupils bid farewell to Kennet School

Creatively costumed sixth formers uphold tradition

ANOTHER group of creatively-costumed sixth- formers have bid farewell to Kennet School.

Following tradition, the 160 upper-sixth pupils attended their last day before study leave in fancy dress on May 27.

Superheroes, sharks, monks, priests, police officers, mad hatters and March Hares were among some of this year’s cohort.

Headmaster Paul Dick said: “We wish this hugely talented group good fortune in their examinations and we look forward to stunning results in August and glittering careers for them in the near and distant future.

“They will be remembered.”

The group will return on August 18 to collect their A-level results.
