Teen nearly run over by green Subaru in robbery incident in Sulham Hill near Tidmarsh on Saturday, November 16




A teenager was nearly run over by an oncoming vehicle before his bike was stolen in a recent robbery.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which occurred in Sulham Hill near Tidmarsh at around 2.50pm on Saturday, November 16.

A green Subaru drove at the victim, a boy in his teens, who jumped of his bike and avoided a collision.

One of the occupants of the Subaru then got out of the car, took the bike and rode off.

The car then drove towards the woods where another occupant got out and chased three others on bikes, but they got away.

One of the offenders is described as a white man, around 6ft tall, of average build and with slick black hair.

He was wearing a chequered shirt, a dark green gilet and jeans.

Investigating officer DC Molly Holland said: “We are asking anyone with information to please call 101 quoting reference 43240555313.

“Additionally we ask anyone with mobile phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage from to get in touch with the force in case it has captured something which may assist this investigation.
