Teenage girl grabbed in Thatcham
The teenager was approached by the man as she was walking in Ilkley Way, close to Wolsingham Way, at around 8.15pm on Monday, September 29.
The man grabbed the girl's arm and asked her to come with him but released her when he noticed a lady walking a dog.
Police would like to speak to the dog walker, as they believe she could provide vital information about the incident.
The offender described as white and in his mid thirties, with receding brown hair.
He was wearing a Nike black hooded top and grey jogging bottoms.
LPA Commander, Supt Lindsey Finch said: “The local community in Thatcham should be reassured that Thames Valley Police is thoroughly investigating this serious matter, as well as supporting the young victim in the case.
“I would appeal to anyone who has any information about the incident, or recognises the description of the offender to come forward immediately. Working with the community, we can bring the perpetrator to justice."
