Teenager assaulted in Newbury car park
The teenager was grabbed by his neck, thrown to the floor and pinned down after an altercation broke out at the Budgens car park off Monument Close, Essex Street, at about 8.10pm on August 10.
The offender is described as a slightly tanned white male of medium build and about 50-years-old.
He was wearing a light blue shirt and cream trousers and was driving a green Land Rover Discovery with a 2010 registration plate.
Investigating officer PC Paul Culley, of Newbury police station, is asking for any witnesses to contact him via the 24-hour police enquiry centre on the 101 number.
