Telegraph pole in danger of collapse closes Thatcham road

A telegraph pole in danger of collapse has closed a road in Thatcham.

Stoney Lane, which extends into Ashmore Green, is currently closed.

The stretch of road will reopen tomorrow (Wednesday).

The closure is from outside the property known as Alderley.

This emergency closure is to enable Openreach to replace the pole which is currently in danger of collapsing.

Residential access will be maintained throughout.
