Television theft in Tadley




Television stolen in broad daylight from Sainsbury's in Tadley

A TELEVISION has been stolen from a Tadley supermarket in daylight hours.

According to Hampshire Constabulary, shortly before 3pm on Monday, August 22, a man and a woman were seen leaving Sainsbury's in Mulford's Hill, with a television which they had made no attempt to pay for.

Hampshire police have since released a CCTV image (above) and Pc Mark Pullman said: "I would like to hear from anyone who recognises either or both of the people in the CCTV image.

"The man is believed to be aged in his 40s, of a large build and clean shaven and the woman is thought to be aged in her 20s, of a medium build with long dark-coloured hair."
