Thatcham churches reinstate bereavement course

Churches in Thatcham are running another bereavement course for those who have lost loved ones.
The week-long course is free of charge and open to anyone who may benefit.
Topics to be explored in sessions are attachment, separation and loss, the impact and pain of bereavement, adjusting to change, anger and guilt, coping with others’ reactions and moving on healthily.
There will also be an optional session on faith questions.
The course starts on February 22 (Wednesday).
