Thatcham Costa set for extension opening today (Thurs)

Back in February, plans for Costa to extend its premises in Thatcham were given the green light.
Costa’s franchise owner, WY & SF Limited, submitted a planning application to West Berkshire Council last year for change of use in a bid to extend its seating into the unit next door in the Kingsland Centre.
The coffee shop already occupies a double corner site at the Broadway entrance of the centre.
The unit in question has been vacant since the summer, when card shop Emotions closed.
