Thatcham level crossing back to normal, following failure

Network Rail spokesman, Chris Denham, said the barriers failed in the lowered position at 7am.
The barriers 'failed safe' he continued, allowing trains to pass, but not traffic:
"We appreciate this would have caused some disruption to traffic in Thatcham and apologise," said Mr Denham.
The barriers were repaired and fully working again at 8.30am.
