Thatcham man struck by train is named

Mr Hartwell died after being struck by a train near Thatcham Lakes on the morning of Tuesday, March 13.
A spokesman for British Transport Police, Simon Letouze, said that the incident was being treated as non-suspicious.
Paramedics attended the incident but Mr Hartwell was pronounced dead at the scene.
