Thatcham road closure postponed due to wet weather

A road closure in Thatcham has been pushed back due to the wet weather.

The Broadway (Station Road) will now be closed on Thursday or Friday this week – weather permitting.

It will not be closed today (Tuesday) or tomorrow (Wednesday), as originally planned by West Berkshire Council.

The road will be closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm from its junctions with Church Gate and The Moors.

During this time Volker Highways will carry out surfacing work on behalf of West Berkshire Council.
