Partial road closure on Floral Way Thatcham between July 22 and 27

A stretch of Floral Way in Thatcham will be partially closed for five days from next week.

The busy road will be closed from the Lawrences Lane and Foxglove Way roundabout to the junction with Foxglove Way at the bottom of the hill.

The closure will be in place between 9.30am and 3.30pm from Thursday, July 22, to Tuesday, July 27.

A signed diversion route will be in place between Park Avenue, the A4, Harts Hill Road and vice versa.

The closure is to enable Volker Highways to carry out resurfacing works on behalf of West Berkshire Council.

The council said that every effort would be made to complete the works on schedule, however, delays would occur if the weather was very wet or hot.
