Colthrop Lane, Thatcham to close for BT work

A Thatcham road is to close for BT works on Sunday (May 8).

Colthrop Lane will be closed between 8am and 4pm.

It will begin on the south side of the level crossing and run "westward for approximately 250 metres".

The purpose of this closure is so BT can access their overhead network in a safe environment.

There is no alternative route and One Network said access will be permitted throughout.

It said: "Note a short delay may be warranted as plant may well need to be moved."
