West Berkshire Council say Bath Road repairs will not cause traffic problems
ROADWORKS on the Bath Road in Thatcham will not cause major disruption say the Highways department at West Berkshire Council.
The work to the stretch of the A4 between Lower Way and the Turnpike Roundabout started yesterday (July 13) and is expected to be finished on July 26.
West Berkshire Council say the works will take place in off-peak hours between 9.30am and 3.30pm to cause less disruption to motorists.
An advisory diversion route for light vehicles will take them along Fir Tree Lane and Turnpike Road.
