The Woodspeen to mark 10th anniversary with black-tie dinner
The Woodspeen is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month with a black-tie dinner in association with Champagne Bollinger.
The dinner will take place on Friday, October 25, featuring a special menu from executive chef Peter Eaton.
Each course will be paired with a rare and exclusive Bollinger wine, including the Bollinger ‘La Grande Annee’ 2014 which – as well as being a vintage from the year The Woodspeen opened – was originally introduced at a special event at the restaurant in 2022.
Managing director Alessandro Fasoli said: “A decade of culinary excellence has established The Woodspeen as a truly special gastronomic destination.
“As we celebrate this milestone, we are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of taste and innovation, delighting our guests with unforgettable experiences.
“Get ready for even greater things as we look to the future.”
The evening will also include an appearance from Champagne Bollinger’s brand ambassador Guy de Rivoire, who will personally introduce the wines with each course.
In addition, a special anniversary chef’s menu of Woodspeen classics will be introduced the following day, and the restaurant will open for an extra day on Monday, October 28, to extend the celebrations.
