Three car pile-up in Crookham Common




One woman is believed to have chest injuries resulting from the crash this afternoon (Thursday)

MOTORISTS heading home this evening (Thursday) could be delayed by heavy traffic caused by an accident in Crookham Common.

The accident happened on Burys Bank Road, Newbury, at the junction with Crookham Hill at about 4.40pm.

Three cars are involved in the crash and police are currently at the scene.

At 5pm an ambulance was en route to the scene to attend to a woman who is believed to have chest injuries.

There are no other reported casualties at this stage.
