Three men charged for Newbury and Thatcham burglaries




Police have charged two men in relation to Newbury shed break-in and another man following Thatcham house burglary

THREE men have been charged in relation to burglaries which have taken place in West Berkshire recently.

Thames Valley Police has charged two men from Newbury with burglary following a break-in at a shed in Northcroft Lane, Newbury, at about 10.45pm on Tuesday (24).

Both men appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court yesterday (Thursday) morning, and were bailed to appear at the court on May 31.

A man from Calcot has also been charged with burglary of a house in Station Road, Thatcham, on January 19, in which electrical goods were stolen.

The man was due to appear before Reading Magistrates' Court this morning (Friday).
