Today's (Sat) fetes, fairs and craft shows





Hungerford’s Royal British Legion is holding a horticultural and handicraft show including sections for vegetables, floral, flower arranging, home bakery, preserves and pickles and handicraft.
Exhibits will be on show between 1pm and 2pm, judging takes place around 3pm and the show is open again from 6pm for viewing.
Presentations will be made around 8pm and these will be followed by live music in the bar from well-known local musician John Cully.
Enborne and Hamstead Marshall Garden Society Flower Show Fete will be held at Hazel Paddock, Crockham Heath (opposite Enborne Primary School) from 2pm.
The day will include a raffle, refreshments, tombola, side shows, a barbecue and craft stalls.
Music on the day will be provided by Beenham Wind Orchestra
Aldermaston and Wasing Show will be celebrating its 70th anniversary today.
The 1940s themed show, which includes the famous duck derby, children’s fancy dress, wartime police and a 1940s-style band, will be on from 2pm until 5pm at The Old Mill, Aldermaston.
All profits from the day go towards redecorating Aldermaston church.
