Crash closes one lane on the A34 between Beedon and the M4 junction at Chieveley

UPDATE: This incident has now been cleared.

A crash has closed one lane of the A34 near Newbury.

Traffic is building up after the accident involving a lorry, which happened just before 1pm today (Monday).

One lane is currently closed, southbound towards Newbury, between Beedon and the M4 junction 13 at Chieveley.

Delays of around 10 minutes are currently being experienced but are expected to increase, with an average speed of 15mph past the incident.

Normal conditions are expected in around an hour.
