M4 crash: One lane shut on the Berkshire stretch of the motorway after collision

One lane is closed on the M4 after a crash.
The accident happened on the eastbound carriageway between junction 12 at Theale and junction 11 at Reading.
The road is not expected to be fully cleared until after midday.
UPDATE: This has now cleared.
