VIDEO: long delays on A34 north of Newbury due to rolled over caravan

UPDATE: the incident has now cleared.
A caravan has rolled over on the A34 carriageway near East Ilsley causing long delays.
On the A34 northbound between the M4 and the junction with the A4185 there are delays of up to 30 minutes.
One lane has been closed and National Highways has said the incident is not expected to clear before 6pm.
The caravan appears to be part of a circus calvacade. These pictures were taken from Wayne Holland's video taken on his dashcam as he went past the scene.
Earlier the southbound A34 between the A343 and the A303 has queues of up to 20 minutes due to a four car collision south of Tothill Services.
2pm UPDATE: The Tothill incident has cleared and traffic is running as usual.
