Traffic queues building up on A339, A34 and M4 between Hungerford and Newbury

Update: This has now cleared.

Traffic queues are building up in and around Newbury this morning (Thursday).

The AA said traffic is slow moving on the A339 leaving Newbury, towards the M4 and heading towards Chieveley.

Traffic is also slow heading northbound on the A34 towards the M4.

There are also delays of four minutes and delays increasing on M4 eastbound between Hungerford and Newbury.

The average speed is 25mph.
