Tribunal brands Park Way bridge signs illegal

The latest incidence of West Berkshire Council wrongly fining motorists has led to renewed calls for an overhaul of the entire system.
But, although an adjudicator branded it illegal, West Berkshire Council says it is happy with the system because it works and has no plans to change it.
Director of the RAC Foundation, Stephen Glaister, said West Berkshire Council had broken trust with the public.
