Two more people charged in connection with murder of young Tilehurst man
Two more people have been charged in connection with the murder of 22-year-old Reece Heffernan, who died from a stab wound to the chest.
Mr Heffernan died at the scene in Romany Lane, Tilehurst, on the evening of October 31.
Damian Wozniak, aged 18, of Kings Road, Reading, has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He has been remanded in custody and appeared at Reading Magistrates yesterday (Thursday).
Madison Henderson, aged 19, of Kings Road, Reading, has also been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
She is due to appear at Reading Magistrates Court on January 12, 2022.
Several people have already been arrested in connection with Mr Heffernan’s murder.
Carlos Daniel Capitao Mor Da Fonseca, 23, of Fawn Drive, Three Mile Cross, Tuviah Thompson-Hordle, 18, of Brant Close, Arborfield, Hamzah Ahmed, 18, of Jubilee Road, Reading, and a 17-year-old boy from Earley have each been charged with one count of murder.
Umer Arshad, aged 23, of Waterloo Road, Wokingham, has been charged with one count of perverting the course of justice.
