All southbound lanes on the A339 are now open after a car overturned following a road traffic collision involving a lorry close to the Vodafone roundabout.
The southbound carriageway was partially blocked on the approach to the Robin Hood roundabout while a recovery operation took place.
Elsewhere, a road near Snelsmore Farm, close to the A34 turn for Curridge and Chieveley Services has reopened following an accident involving a bus.
The male driver of the bus was airlifted to the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford after what Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Rhianne Pope described as a "medical episode."
