Police appeal after cyclist is found with serious head injuries
Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was found with serious head injuries on a country road.
The unconscious man, aged in his 50s, was discovered by a member of the public near Great Bedwyn.
He was discovered close to the Wilton Windmill at around 3pm on Sunday, September 26 and police are now urging anyone who may have dash-cam footage to come forward.
The appeal was made by Marlborough Police on the force’s social media channels.
It said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have been driving around the area - and might have recorded dash-cam footage.”
