The 38-year-old, of Bartholomew Street, Newbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of having committed an offence.

Connor further admitted driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the same occasion.

All the offences were committed in Rose Kiln Lane, Reading, on Friday, July 12

Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports to be prepared.

They meanwhile released Connor on unconditional bail and imposed an interim driving ban.
