Update: Multiple crash on A34 causes delays

Queues are backed up to Chieveley after the crash at the West Ilsley junction this morning (Thursday)

UPDATE: The vehicles were being recovered at 10.45am

A THREE car crash this morning (Thurs) is continuing to cause delays on the A34 at West Ilsley.

The incident happened just before 9am on the northbound carriageway between the West Ilsley junction and Chilton Interchange in Chilton.

At 10am paramedics were still on the scene checking over some of the people involved, however, it is not believed any are seriously injured.

One lane is currently blocked and the traffic queues are backed up to Chieveley.
