Update: Traffic mayhem following A34 collision

Update: As of 11.30am, all the lanes have been re-opened and the traffic is now flowing freely.

A red Saab and a silver Peugeot 206 had crashed at the Old Street junction.
Thames Valley Police spokesman Leo Tarring said no-one was injured but the female driver of the Peugeot was treated for shock by paramedics at the scene.
One lane of the carriageway, northbound, is blocked meaning traffic has been queuing back along Graces Lane to the Priors Court Road junction and to Chieveley since the incident.
Traffic officers and highways officers are clearing the scene and travel time, as at 10am, is currently about 60 minutes.
