Valentine's Day plea for women to sign up for Newbury's 2014 Race for Life

The annual charity fundraiser, which last year (2013) raised £110,300. in Newbury, and for Cancer Research UK, after attracting 1929 entrants, this year (2014) takes place at Newbury Showground on Sunday July 6.
Cara Waller, Cancer Research UK’s South East Events Manager, said: “Valentine’s Day is a great opportunity to spend time with the people we love. And for that reason it’s also the perfect date to enter Race for Life. This is because taking part in Race for Life, and raising money for life-saving research, will help more men, women and children survive cancer so they can go on to spend more precious moments with their loved ones.”
