The victim suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
A 15-year-old boy from Reading has been charged with one count each of robbery and possession of a bladed or pointed article in a public place.
Two other 15-year-old boys, from Newbury and Iver, Buckinghamshire, have both been charged with one count of robbery.
