Theale holds fabulous Christmas market
A village enjoyed hosting its Christmas market at the weekend.
Theale High Street was transformed on Saturday (December 2), inviting crowds to celebrate the festival season.
The market featured stalls and family-friendly, festive-themed entertainment from 4.30pm until 7pm.
The High Street was closed to all traffic from 2.30pm until 9pm.
Theale Parish Council posted on its social media after the event saying: “We couldn't run community events without our volunteers.
“Thank you to everyone who helped out with the Christmas Market yesterday.”
Claire Abery said: “Lovely variety of stalls too this year. Thanks for putting the event on.”
Volunteers were also on hand to ensure the High Street was clear of litter after the market concluded.
