The Badgers Wood in Baughurst reportedly to re-open under new management this weekend

A Baughurst pub is reportedly re-opening under new management this weekend.

The Badger’s Wood on Wolverton Road has been closed since early summer with the pub’s owner, Stonegate Group, searching for potential new landlords to take it on in the meantime.

A Facebook page dedicated to the pub has stated that a new landlord has been found, and the pub will re-open on Sunday, in time for the Remembrance Sunday parade in the village.

The social media page has also stated that it will take another week until the pub is able to sell food.
