Road closure in Bucklebury this week

A road will be closed in Bucklebury tomorrow (Wednesday).

The Avenue will be closed on April 26 between 8am and 5pm to enable Volker Highways to carry out permanent carriageway repairs on behalf of West Berkshire Council.

The work will be completed in two phases. The first phase is from its junction with Hatch Lane to Back Lane.

And the second phase is from its junctions with Back Lane to Hungerford Lane. Access to The Bladebone Inn will be maintained at all times.

Resident access will be maintained throughout, though there may be slight delays for those living inside the closure.
