Wash Common cafe plan

A PLAN for a café in Wash Common has been submitted to West Berkshire Council.
An application has been submitted to turn the former pet shop, Tadley Pet Supplies, Monument Street, into a coffee shop selling coffees, teas,snacks and light lunches, with provisional opening hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am to 2pm on a Saturday.
It will be closed on Sundays.
A small kitchen and seating area would be installed, with facilities to accommodate about 30 customers.
West Berkshire Council is expected to make a decision in January.
