West Berkshire 'giraffe' raises its head again

The distinctive red graffiti tag was recently spotted in a couple of locations around the town, including the one pictured, at Greenham Common.
Sightings of the logos were first reported at the end of last year, including on the parapet of the A34 bridge in Wash Water, and near Woolton Hill beauty spot, The Chase.
The long-necked creature was also sighted last year on the side of the A34 bridge in Pound Street, the Bath Road, Speen and also on a fence off the A339 Sandleford Link.
Last year, the Highways Agency said the graffiti would be removed as part of routine maintenance but was not a high priority, as it was ‘inoffensive’.
