West Berkshire is fifth happiest place in the UK

The national household survey asked a series of questions on wellbeing over the course of last year.
In relation to people's happiness, it ranked West Berkshire fifth of all local authority areas across the UK.
Only Eilean Siar, Orkney and Sheltland; Rutland; Anglesey and Wiltshire, were ranked higher.
