West Berkshire runners can still enter Terminator race today (Sun)

The 12-mile course, which starts and finishes in the village of Pewsey, weaves through the Wiltshire countryside and takes participants through a challenging mix of terrain, including four steep hills, a muddy swamp and even the Kennet and Avon Canal.
Participants will be setting off at 10.30am from Pewsey Vale School and follow a mainly off-road route through the hills south of Milton Lilbourne and Pewsey, taking in views of Easton Royal around the halfway mark and a final climb up to the famous Pewsey Vale White Horse before completing the last mile-and-a-half to the finish line. A prize-giving ceremony will follow, as well as a much-deserved lunch of tea and cakes.
Turnouts in recent years have been close to the 1000 mark, and if the weather holds out, it promises to be a fun and rewarding day for the club.
People can still enter the race this morning.
