Friday
Hungerford Christmas Fair, Town Hall and Corn Exchange, Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm, £3.
The popular annual fair featuring independent food and gift vendors returns this weekend. All proceeds from the door and raffle will go to Newbury Samaritans and 10 per cent of all sales will go to Amref Health Africa.
Psycho Path Pub Trail, Newbury town centre, 7pm, free.
Five central Newbury pubs will be transformed into horror movie sets and actors will be present in the town to add to the spooky atmosphere. In the Market Place there will be live fire and angle grinding acts to kick off the night.
Saturday
Model railway exhibition, St Barts School, 10am to 4.30pm.
Featuring more than 15 track layouts, vendors and a kids train room.
Wedding fair, Shaw House, 11am to 3pm, free.
This fair will have around 40 wedding suppliers in attendance and will suit couples marrying at any location in and around the Berkshire area. There will be a bridal fashion show at 1pm. Register at https://rebrand.ly/jyzmsaj
Clothes sale, Theale Village Hall, Englefield Road, 1pm to 3pm, free.
Many items still with labels on along with a large selection of jewellery and Christmas ideas. All proceeds will go to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Evening of choral music, Kintbury St Mary’s Church, 7.30pm, £10.
Music includes Nocturnes, Lauridsen, Seven Partsongs, Stanford, Broad Waters and Gorecki. Performed by the Cantemus Chamber Choir of Newbury. In aid of church funds.
Sunday
Newbury Artisan Market, Northbrook Street, 10am to 4pm, free.
This market features the best of local designers, creators, makers, and bakers, along with the freshest seasonal food and artisanal produce.
Police handing out no trick or treat door notices, Newbury town centre, 10am to 1pm, free.
The Newbury Neighbourhood Policing Team will be distributing do not disturb door notices for Hallowe’en.
Hallowe’en roller disco, Hungerford Youth and Community Centre, 2pm and 3pm, £5.
