Authentic French market, Thatcham Broadway, 9am to 4pm.

Lots of stalls selling fresh bread, cheeses, crepes, garlic prawns, olives and lots more.

Parkinson’s UK coffee morning, Newbury Town Hall, 10am to 12pm.

Coffee, cake and a tombola to raise funds for local people living with Parkinson’s.

Plant sale and seed exchange, City Arts Newbury, 10.30am to 4pm.

Bring along seeds to swap and take away something new to sow. Plant donations welcome. Enjoy the flower power exhibition on display. Also open on Sunday.

Climate change seminar, Brimpton Village Hall, 11am to 1pm, free.

Given by well known TV presenter and personality Dr George McGavin. Talk on how churchyards can become oases for wildlife.

Classical music concert, Croft Hall, Hungerford, 7.30pm, £16.

Polish-born, London-based violinist Kamilla Bydlowska playing with Ukrainian pianist Olga Paliy. Playing a variety of pieces from Gershwin to Brahms.

Sunday

Newbury Artisan Market, Northbrook Street, 10am to 4pm.

The market brings you the very best of local designers, creators, makers and bakers and the freshest seasonal food and artisanal produce.

Swap shop, Corn Exchange, 12pm to 4pm.

Pop upstairs to the Balcony Bar with your unwanted clothing and exchange for another pre-loved item.

Monday

Bluey and Bingo at 4 Kingdoms Adventure Park, Headley, 10am to 4.30pm.

The adventurous and imaginative pup Bluey along with her little sister Bingo from the popular television show will be making appearances at intervals throughout the day.

Wednesday

Shaw-cum-Donnington annual parish meeting, Shaw-cum-Donnington Village Hall, 7.30pm.

An opportunity for residents of the parish of Shaw-cum-Donnington to have their say on local issues. Willie Hartley Russell will be giving a talk about the history and aims of the Donnington Hospital Trust.
