A pleasant undulating walk over the Dorset downs - dotted with archeological remains, henges and hill forts - taking in part of the Wessex Ridgeway, and the quaint hamlets of Tollard Royal, Ashmore, and Melbury Abbas. A six-mile circular walk with a range of experts along Greenham Common, down the valley, stopping for lunch at the Discovery Centre, Thatcham, and back up to Greenham Common.
