Croft Hall Hungerford, 7.30pm, Croft Films will be screening My Fair Lady, starring Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison the film won an Oscar for Best Picture in 1964 and is based on GB Shaw's Pygmalion. It continues to delight audiences of all ages with its truly wonderful music and lyrics and spectacular set design and costumes.

Public open meeting at Royal British Legion, Pelican Lane, Newbury, to discuss the cuts proposed by the Council which could affect disabled people. 1pm – 3pm. Part 1: open floor to gather views. West Berkshire Ramblers, Going north on the B4494, just north of the M4, turn north east onto the minor road to towards Chieveley. At North Heath, where the road makes a sharp right turn, turn left and park at the start of the byway going west, grid ref SU462743, 9.30am. The route of the walk passes through Peasemore and Leckhampstead Thicket, returning via Leckhampstead and Hillgreen. Lunch will be at the Stag PH, Leckhampstead, or bring a picnic. 10.7 miles.
