Following the switch on of the village's Christmas lights on Friday, a festive fair will be held at Herons Farm between 10am and 4pm.
The free event will feature a selection of festive stalls selling gifts, jewellery, toys and pottery while a raffle, games and face painting will keep the children entertained.
Children will be able to present their list to Father Christmas at his grotto and walk at with a gift from the man in the red coat.
And if that wasn't enough for the youngsters, reindeer rides will run throughout the day and will be followed by a meeting with Santa.
The 45 minute rides commence at 10am, noon and 3pm and must be booked in advance and are £35 per child. However, mini reindeer rides can be booked on the day at £10.
Those with a sweet tooth can also take part in a chocolate hunt with the elves at 11am and 2pm.
Hot food and refreshments will be served at the fair while drinks from the bar will keep you topped up as you wander around the stalls.
A walk to discover the "beauty of mosses" will be held on Snelsmore Common.
Peter Creed and Tom Haynes will provide a non-expert view on the range of mosses on the common between 10.30am 12.30pm.
A winter bird walk will also be held at the Nature Discovery Centre in Thatcham between 2pm and 4pm.
