Five members of the Rain and Shine Theatre Company will bring their interpretation of Gerda setting off to rescue her friend Kay from the clutches of the Snow Queen and save him from the shards of a mirror, that caused all that was good reflected in it to look poor and mean, embedded in his heart.
The production will be held at the Sheepdrove ECO conference centre, Lambourn, at 2.30pm.
Meanwhile, live music spanning all decades will be available will be played at the AWE Penney Theatre, Aldermaston Concert Centre at 3pm.
Newbury's Farmer's Market will also be held today as will Inkpen's Village Market.
Locally grown and produced meat, pies and cakes, fruit and vegetables, fish pate, jams, pickles and chutneys, honey produced from Inkpen and Kintbury bees and homemade dog biscuits will available from the stalls.
There's also a tombola and a second hand book exchange.
Elsewhere, West Berkshire Ramblers will be setting off on a 10.2-mile walk via Westwood Green, The Slade, Upper Bucklebury, Midgham and Colthrop Manor.
The trek begins at Bradley Moore Square, Thatcham, at 9.30am. Lunch will be at the Cottage Inn, Upper Bucklebury or you can bring a picnic.
Newbury Ladies FC take on Marlow at Donnington Recreation Ground at 2pm.
